Provisional Positions

All previously approved provisional positions will expire on June 30, 2023.  Each institution/entity must request continuation of any positions needed to be carried forward into the 2023-24 fiscal year.  The number of provisional positions authorized for each institution for 2023-24 can be found in Arkansas Code § 6-63-305.  Please note that your Board of Trustees must approve activation of any provisional positions before submitting to ADHE for approval.  Please let me know if your Board of Trustees plans to meet after the due date of Monday, May 22, 2023.
