Provisional Positions

All previously approved provisional positions will expire on June 30, 2026.  Each institution/entity must submit a request for continuation of any positions that need to be carried forward into the 2026-27 fiscal year. 

The number of provisional positions authorized for each institution/entity for 2026-27 can be found in Arkansas Code § 6-63-305.  Please note that your Board of Trustees must approve activation of any provisional positions prior to submission to ADHE for approval.
