The Summary of Tuition and Fees Report uses data collected from the Series 18 to report the cost of attending each institution. The report is updated yearly, and reported to the Higher Education Coordinating Board each July.
The tuition and fees data collected for the 2014-15 academic year indicates an average increase of 4.27% for in-state undergraduate tuition at four-year universities and 4.21% for in-state undergraduate tuition at two-year public colleges. The overall increase was 4.25%. This is higher than the national average of 2.9%.
