Pursuant to 20 U.S.C. § 2323 notice is hereby given that the Division of Career and Technical Education is proposing the State Determined Performance Levels (SDPLs) for the Arkansas Perkins V Plan. The public comment period for the State Determined Performance Levels (SDPLs) for the Arkansas Perkins V Plan ends on May 20, 2024.
Written comments regarding the proposed State Determined Performance Levels (SDPLs) for the Arkansas Perkins V Plan for Arkansas may be mailed to the Arkansas Department of Education, Office of Legal Services, Four Capitol Mall, Little Rock, AR 72201.
